· All users of this chat are asked to register
with a single word user name most of us use first name last initial or just our
first name. (there are thousands upon thousands of people with the same first
name) We ask that the User name not exceed 8-12 characters long and
contain no email addresses, numbers or other characters. This helps keep
our User list neat and tidy and easier for the Meeting chairs to keep track of.

All users must also enter a valid email
address in the registration form, in the provided space, as with any other chat
or forum. This information is not public and will not be distributed to
any person or organization. This aids us in the security of our site and
lets us know if you are a legitimate member and not a spammer or hacker trying
to do harm.

We also have a controlled email list so that
members may be contacted about the status of our site, site announcements, and
changes in meetings and such. If you do not wish to be on that emailing
list please let us know as this is not a requirement. These emails are
sent out as Blind Carbon Copies so that others can not see your email
address.

reserve the right to remove any person or persons that are found objectionable,
without warning, notice or reason.

Any user using profanity, slandering,
harassing or Badgering any other user or Administrator or Moderator of this
site will be removed and reported to their Internet service provider.
